ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will develop global product strategies, build and launch unequaled customer-centric experiences in a variety of geographies. This role is part of the Global Expansion & Growth team, within the Product Organization, and is pivotal to accelerating Audible global growth and ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences to our customers across the globe.
ABOUT YOU
You have a track record of launching high-quality consumer-facing products, and have a passion for scaling products globally. You obsess over customer needs and have a proven ability to create product roadmaps that drive customer delight and business results. You excel at distilling complex information into easy-to-understand ideas and have experience leading a cross-functional team through ambiguity. You know how to build consensus among diverse stakeholders, proactively identify risks and adapt your communication style to suit your audience.

- Envision, define, build and launch unequaled experiences that pioneer new ways to reach global customers in a variety of geographies
- Extend global products into localized experiences that meet the local customers' needs and tap into market-specific opportunities
- Learn the needs, pain points and behavior of International Audible users and develop strong intuition about solutions that will work for them
- Frame and lead discussions with key business and technical stakeholders to assess opportunities, make data-driven recommendations, and build consensus ahead of important investment decisions
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and secure commitments from Audible and Amazon partner teams that are essential to your projects' success

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing software
- BA/BS degree
- Demonstrated experience in agile, lean product management processes
- Experience in managing initiatives within regional and global context
Preferred Qualifications
- MS/MBA or master's degree
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gather input & communicate with many internal and external stakeholders
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and analytical thinking skills
