About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Cloud Business Delivery team. This candidate has several years of experience in driving business process change, implementing operational transformation projects, and running multi-functional programs.
Splunk Cloud is an exciting and fast-paced organization where you will have the opportunity to lead tangible and scalable change. This team links business goals with operational procedures to create a cohesive customer experience. From this strategic position, we merge people, process, and technology to optimize how our end users interact with Splunk's Cloud service.
As a Senior Product Manager you will investigate, streamline, and enable the workflows that deliver Splunk Cloud products and services to our customers. The ability to collaborate across many business functions, quickly learn new processes, and drive project execution will be essential to success in this role. Working in Splunk Cloud, you will experience a dynamic environment where flexibility, partnership, and delivering customer-focused automated solutions is paramount. You will work directly with key decision makers of the business, learn about our internal tools and technologies, and improve scalability of service delivery to support our growing customer base.
Responsibilities
Oversee execution of sophisticated projects within a defined program while managing timeline, risks, and stakeholder expectationsDrive product and feature launch planning and activities that support the delivery of our Cloud service offeringsDevelop a communication and reporting framework for a program using customer metrics and product data that give insight into the progress toward the desired business outcomesCollaborate with teams across Cloud to implement changes that benefit multiple functionsListen to and absorb our business partners' experiences and challenges to convert them into business and technical project requirementsReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate channels and escalate issues, as necessaryRequirements
7+ years of Program Management, Business Operations, and/or Business Process Analyst experienceProficiency in utilizing relevant tools such as Salesforce, process diagramming/flowchart software, and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).Familiarity delivering a SaaS solutionExpertise designing and optimizing internal Cloud Operations processesStrong analytic, planning, leadership, and verbal and written communication skillsProfessional certification such as PMPGrowth mentality conducive with a dynamic, innovative, and congenial work cultureWhat we offer you!

Base Pay Range
Costa Rica
Base Pay: CRC 32,000,000.00 - 44,000,000.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
