　　The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for aspects of the R365 product and will work closely with Product Design and Engineering to drive strategy forward.

　　How you'll add value: Drive, develop and maintain the short-term and long-term product roadmap Select, design, and write user storiesEvaluate, design, and prioritize features, bugs, and product debt Curate ideas to inform the product roadmapConduct customer research including interviews as neededCollaborate with engineering to plan, design, and deliver products that bring value to our users Ability to see the big picture and manage the detailsCommunicate and present new product at company eventsReceive constructive feedback for the purposes of iterating and improving the productThrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on multiple productsCollaborate with CS and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams on customer, market and internal stakeholder feedback to inform product needs and roadmap prioritizationWork with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to strategize on how this product will be rolled out to both prospects and internal stakeholdersOther duties as assigned.

　　What you'll need to be successful in this role: 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experienceExperience and track record creating and growing products through the prioritization, design, and development of ideas Agile Methodology experience Ability to meet tight deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skills

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

　　Restaurant Product Management experienceExperience working in the restaurant industry is ideal Understanding of restaurant revenue management is a plus

　　R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks Compensation: Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position has a salary range of $110K-$135K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
