  Meet your team

  The Analytics Team at Choco is growing and we are now looking for a talented Senior Product Analyst (f/m/d) to join us. This role is instrumental in supporting our data-driven product development, with insights that will keep elevating our product and enhancing our user experience. Working within a cross-functional product team, you will cover the full scope of data mining to actionable insights in order to inform product decisions. 

  What you’ll do

  Define the success metrics for your sections of the user experience (to evaluate the success of new features and iterations) Own the tracking definition and ongoing reliability of user behavioral data Build curated layers and a self-serve analytics ecosystem for your squad (via self-serve solutions such as visualizations, dashboards, and automated data models) Be the voice of the user with the insights you proactively generate from understanding their behavior and identifying growth points in the product Collectively shape & prioritise the squad’s backlog through quantitative inputs Own the squad’s experimentation strategy and backlog (A/B/n, MAB, quasi-experiments etc.) and push for quantifiable improvements Partner with other data specialists, product/BI analysts  and data engineers to contribute to the development of our self-service analytics platform Contribute to the documentation of data and insights (definitions, event schema, data models, analyses, etc.) Contribute to the growth and development of fellow (product) analysts through knowledge shares, workflow optimisations, hiring and onboarding of talent  What we’re looking for

  Experience as a Product Analyst, ideally in an embedded model working closely with product teams on end-to-end analytical solutions  Advanced SQL and Python skills or any other programming language. Experience in A/B testing, interpreting results and improving A/B test evaluation approaches Experience with BI systems (e.g Looker) and Product Analytics Tools (e.g Segment, Amplitude) Critical thinker and creative problem solver who loves learning and strives for excellence Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills for effective presentation of data stories. You are passionate about Choco and the problem we are solving Experience with data cloud solutions and data transformation pipelines (AWS, Databricks, DBT and Airflow,...)  You impress us even more if
