The role will devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems within or across network capacity, planning, and ordering. This role requires a passion for problem-solving, the flexibility to shift with business priorities, and an unrivaled attention to detail. Additionally, the role will be required to effectively communicate status, and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently.

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

Lead large, complex, cross-organization programs and process improvement initiatives

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality

Work across various organizations to determine feasibility, hone timelines, and drive execution

Create presentations, documents, and other artifacts needed to communicate across the organization

Report on status at the executive level (VP+)

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience in program/project management or process improvement

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant

Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products

Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors

Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, and presentations

High ownership with a strong bias for action

Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in systems analysis with the ability to formulate and define systems scope and objectives

Experience in Lean Six Sigma and a strong desire to drive change and improve processes

Ability to create and communicate process changes to Business Systems teams effectively, generating buy-in

Ability to think broadly and strategically

Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment

Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

Career Level - IC5

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

US: Hiring Range: from $104,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
