Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Paid Media Manager to join our Marketing Demand Generation team. The role will lead and execute our digital media strategies and programs to generate engagement and drive conversion and pipeline on a global scale. The role will work closely with cross-functional partners including brand, inbound marketing, product marketing, operations, BDR and Sales.

Understand the voice and needs of our customers to build campaigns and tactics to engage Recharge’s ICP
Develop cohesive paid media strategies and campaigns based on audiences, products and use cases; Communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders on the purpose and objectives of the strategies
Execute media campaigns across paid search and paid social channels; Coordinate assets production if needed.
Develop and execute sponsorship partnerships with newsletter and podcast publishers in the eCommerce industry.
Iterate on attribution framework to drive clarity and accuracy on the effectiveness and efficiency of digital media
Consistently experiment and break boundaries of what advertising can achieve for the business.
What you’ll bring
8-10+ years of digital media, demand generation, or campaign experience in a B2B SaaS marketing capacity (ecommerce preferred)
Track record in building and executing successful, positive ROI multi-channel digital media campaigns with agency support.
Highly analytical, proficient with spreadsheets, and able to identify trends and insights with the data.
Deep familiarity with marketing tech stacks (e.g, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok, Metadata, Clearbit..etc)
Highly organised and strong attention to detail with a motivated, self-starter attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
