What you'll do...
Regulatory Agency Contacts is essential in supporting our store operations and enhancing Global Governance programs, including Compliance.
As the Senior Manager, Global Regulatory Agency Contacts (GRAC), you will be responsible for the following:
Project management support:Support GRAC projects as necessaryTake ownership of key aspects of collaborative projectsExecute US and international program improvements:Establish processes, refine dashboards, and enhance reportingIdentify opportunities to advance program documentation and stakeholder collaboration
Resolve issues raised by stakeholders:Field, collect, and analyze daily requests and system issuesTrack active incidents and obtain regular updates from technical partnersManage daily e-mails and inquiries from facility usersREACH Workflow Adjustments:Draft and test REACH workflow changesCoordinate with technical partners to validate that all changes to active workflows work properly and are without unintended consequences, e.g., conduct UAT testing before publishing updates to a workflow
Reporting into the Lead Counsel, Remediation for Global Governance Strategy, Risk & Operations, you will need to form strong partnerships with the global and market-level compliance, legal, finance, and tech teams.
Although the primary focus of this role will be on the Company's Regulatory Agency Contacts program, you will also have the opportunity to support remediation efforts resulting from ethics investigations, risk assessments, and outside counsel reviews.

Enhance program effectiveness and efficiencies: Develop and implement changes to program requirements, systems, and processes to be more efficient and effective; identify program gaps and solutions Improve data quality: Collaborate with global stakeholders on data improvement opportunities for better risk identificationIdentify and mitigate risks: Establish metrics and processes for risk identification/monitoring associated with regulatory agency contacts and work with various stakeholders to mitigate risks as appropriate Build strategic relationships: Build relationships with key stakeholders to help drive priorities

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
