Responsible for Identifying, qualifying, and leading opportunities to bring incremental Order income and revenue to Digital Industries.

• Products include Automation Drives (AC DC) business (i.e., PLC, Scada, HMI Networking components, LV drives).

• Drive Sales measures in the Regions allocated to DI Exports viz: Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the market and use this information to form sales strategies.

• Visit the countries assigned and keep abreast of the Market developments and identify and evaluate market potential for DI Biz in the assigned countries.

• Implement and ensure adherence to zero tolerance policy towards Export Control Compliance. Collaborate with BU Stake holders like Logistics, OEC, Central Service to achieve the KPIs set. To orchestrate internal stakeholders towards executing strategies to gain market share for the complete portfolio offered through Digital Industries including software products. Be responsible for driving all Digital Enterprise topics at the assigned customers.

• Liaison with Taxation, CF, EXIM and Guide Business in the most ethical manner.

• Responsible for the profit and customer price realization in the Sales regions assigned.

• Manage sustainable growth through Channel Partners and direct customers.

• Frame guidelines for Channel partners and introduce Policies conducive to growth.

• Routinely discuss and communicate on sales opportunities strategy with members of the team.

• Ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain successful business relationships with channel partners and customers.

• Ensure regular promotional activity is carried in the assigned regions.

• Drive Sales systematic reporting in CRM tool.

Experience: Minimum of 10 Years in Sales of Automation and Drives would be preferable.

Qualification: B.E Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication / Instrumentation / Computers from recognized and reputed University of India.
