Position Description:
Coordinates the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) across full stack, functional, and organizational teams using Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), pairing, Mob programming, automated testing, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies. Supports and advises on the development of Web applications within an Agile environment, using Java, Angular JS, Node JS, GraphQL, Jenkins, and Stash. Conducts real-time reporting and executes project goals using Jira/JiraAlign and multi-team frameworks (Scrum@Scale). Tracks the progress of programs and performs impediment/risk management for functional and cross organizational teams. Facilitates Agile Scrum events - stand-ups, program increment, sprint planning, release planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Plans and coordinates schedules and resolves dependencies with scrum masters, internal teams, and external teams and providers.Collaborates with technology and business partners to analyze product objectives, timelines, requirements, and the value they bring to internal and external customers.Establishes relationships across business and technical partners and articulates business and technical information to diverse audiences.Assists the development team with analyzing system design requirements.Plans and defines team goals and objectives by tracking team performance.Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of new systems or modify existing systems.Confers with data processing or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects.Consults with stakeholders and other departments on project status, proposals, and technical issues (software system design or maintenance).Analyses user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of designs within time and cost constraints.Identifies team improvement opportunities and supports continuous improvement via external research and collaboration.Partners with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and plan for technology lifecycle maintenance and security findings for cross functional and cross organizational teams.Ensures work is tracked in the backlog and accurately balanced across team members.Maintains and updates process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear communications to partners.Ensures impediments and risks are identified, articulated, communicated, and solved.
Ensures successful partnership with production support teams and delivery of products to customers.Coaches and mentors junior team members.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management (or related occupation) building and developing Web applications.
Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management (or related occupation) building and developing Web applications.

Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") performing Agile coaching, training, and mentoring in a Health Care Technology environment, using Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, Jira, Jira Align, Mural, Confluence and Agility Health; and coaching squads of several teams (internal and external) throughout an Agile transformation - coaching strategies and design, planning rollouts, tracking progress, and developing and supporting key healthcare products and platform - using Scrum@Scale model.DE performing Program Increment (PI) planning by developing PI objectives, schedules, resources, quality control, and release management plans using Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, and MURAL; tracking the execution of features and capabilities using standard Scaled Agile measurement domains - outcomes, flow, and competency; managing dependencies/risks to ensure seamless delivery of development products; and performing release management activities for cross functional and cross organizational development and production support teams.DE advising and supporting application development teams developing client facing Healthcare Web applications, using front-end (Node JS, JSON, SAAS, and Angular) and back-end applications (Java/J2EE, Apache Camel, Restful Web services, GraphQL, and JavaScript); creating, editing, and receiving SDL content through server-side orchestration frameworks using Apache Camel; integrating personalized static content into Healthcare Web applications using Apache Camel; and creating SDL solutions to meet business requirements by delivering content to clients without code changes or installations.DE advising and supporting application development teams, architects, and DevOps teams to prioritize, plan, and implement a CI/CD model across Health Care applications by enhancing Sonar code unit test coverage; simplifying and standardizing production code using trunk-based development; and migrating applications to AWS ECS/EKS using a Blue Green code deployment strategy.
