　　 What you'll do...

　　The role of this People Partner will involve serving as a critical partner to business leaders, helping to implement and support the overall people strategies by being a trusted business advisor.

　　You will sweep us off your feet if you have:

　　S trong understanding of HR practices and ability to drive consistent execution. Global HR experience in a Corporate and highly matrixed environment. Workforce re-deployment experience based on changing needs of the business. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business. Experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams to prioritize headcount and attract top talent. Knowledge and experience in strategy, analytics, product management, marketing, and sales organizations - Sound judgment and experience in coaching, performance management, talent programs, and building diverse and inclusive teams.
