ABOUT THE JOB
The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. In this role, you'll collaborate with Fulfillment Operations, Product, Account Management, Finance and Analytics teams to set the vision for and build solutions for sellers. Obsessing over optimization and reducing friction throughout our operations is at the heart of this role.
The Business Operations team part of Walmart Fulfillment Services facilitates making our vision a reality by identifying and executing on the most important cross-functional initiatives. As a Business Operations Manager, you will help scale the business by helping make fact-based decisions and increase operational efficiencies while building good processes that support our growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop key cross-functional operational processes
Identify and drive points of improvement to current processes in alignment with WFS growth strategy
Discover, document and champion for product improvements that will drive better efficiencies in our FC's and improved seller experience
Develop business policies that align with the WFS Guiding Principles and allow for operational efficiencies
Design business rules and policies that will streamline operational processes
Manage adherence to defined SLA's by owner type ( i.e. SLC Seller Support, FC Ops)
Build operational reporting and KPI's that accurately reflects core business performance metrics
Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams (including product and technology) to optimize the partner experience
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting , evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events

TRAVEL
This role will require up to 30% domestic travel to fulfillment centers
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
5-6 years' experience in product management or related field.
Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity
Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up like environment
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Experience presenting to leadership
Supply Chain experience and/or manufacturing background
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain management (scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment)
Experience in process flow/process improvement
eCommerce experience
Skilled in SQL or other data querying languages

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
