Key Responsibilities:
• Overview and standardize Project and Program methodology, methods and tools. Develop and implement PMO processes, policies and tools to ensure project delivery excellence across regions and functions in alignment with Global Auto PMO.
• Align working methods to the Global AUTO and to evolution of the company and its environment.
• Establish and maintain an EMEA Project and Program governance framework in alignment with EMEA strategic goals and priorities.
• Lead & facilitate the Project and Program portfolio management process (PAC) at EMEA level.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within Project Management, regularly reporting progress to senior leadership and driving improvements at EMEA level for Project and Program management.
• Enable and deploy digitalization of used tools and reports within Project management to increase efficiency and drive improvements aligned with Global Auto PMO.
• Ensure project data accuracy, consistency and visibility.
• Coordinated PMO team within EMEA.
• Represents EMEA PMO in all Global AUTO PMO forums and synchronizes with other PMO leaders at AUTO TE level for common practices, best practice, improvements, decisions.
• Responsible for PMO budget.
• Provide Project Management leadership and support the project teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the project teams.
• Develop organizational Project management Capabilities: train and coach Project Managers and project teams in the PJM methodology.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate closely with cross regional teams to ensure state-of the art Project Management Office.
What your background should look like:
7+ years of demonstrated Project/Program Management experience in a best-in class global manufacturing environment: Automotive, Technology, Energy or Component Manufacturing, working globally with internal and external customers.Proven track record of successfully driving project Management Office within large organizations, preferably within the automotive industry.Extensive experience in leading and developing teams: experience in driving project management excellence and coaching project management teams.Strong understanding of PMO methodologies, processes and tools.Digitalization expertise within Project management toolsBusiness acumen with the ability to understand the commercial, operational and financial priorities of the business.Managerial courage and influencing skills to partner effectively with the stakeholders.Effective communication skills to drive Project Management office.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willing to travel up to 30% annually.Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred
