Job Description Summary
The Sr. Mgr. Global Market Development role will be responsible identifying, assessing, and developing new market opportunities for our Advanced Vascular Access device (AAD) product line. The Sr. Mgr. Global Market Development must be knowledgeable in the AAD portfolio of products or have significant experience in the Medical Device sector. This role will work closely with regional commercial teams, platform marketing, medical / clinical affairs, and product development teams to drive growth and increase market share on a global scale. The ability to influence and collaborate is essential for this position.

Essential Job Functions
Understanding of regional and country level AAD market penetration status around the world, competitors, purchasing processes, market access and reimbursement requirements.Deep understanding of product clinical use, customer needs, and process to develop hospital vascular access teams.Partners with regions and corporate policy teams to shape market development strategies OUS.Identify and prioritize new market development opportunities for advanced vascular access devices. Assist in developing prioritized country focus with both short- and long-term strategies.Develop and execute market development strategies in collaboration with regional and country teams.Build and deliver content to support market development activities, including presentations, white papers, and case studies.Represent the company at trade shows and conferences and engage with key opinion leaders and customers to collect market insights.Collaborate with regional and country sales teams to provide support for market development initiatives.Monitor and analyze market trends, procedure / clinical trends, and competitive activity, providing regular reports to senior management.Identify customer unmet needs and insights to improve business opportunities.Development relationships both internally and externally with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ Years in Medical Device sales, marketing, business development, market development or global marketing preferability in the vascular access space.Ability to understand technical and clinical aspects of business.Strong understanding of the advanced vascular access device market and key trendsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Customer focused and results orientated.Strong negotiation skillsRefined ability to influence cross functional teams with authority.Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.Must hold a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally as required.Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and ExcelEffective in organizing and prioritizing tasks to achieve established deadlines.Adept in collaborating with others to meet project goals, timelines, and/or deliverables.
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably Life Sciences, Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related fieldMBA preferred
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
