We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll Taxes to join our Enterprise Business Services (EBS) team!
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing tax operational activities and strategy for CA, PR, & US, working closely with the Payroll Tax Director. You will also collaborate with our Strategy/Project team to support system enhancements and projects, while maintaining strong relationships with team members and ensuring high-quality service to our customers/associates. Additionally, you will play a key role in our payroll system transformation to SAP, which is an extensive and significant project.

Identifying customer and tax operational needs or areas of improvement along with solutioning and creating process strategies Adapting quickly to new challenges, business relationships, and situations affecting overall payroll including Payroll operationsLeading teams through process change along with developing methods to determine quality, consistency, and efficiency and adding controls if neededDriving development opportunities to include succession planningPromoting/ensuring compliance and adherence to company proceduresStaying up to date with Payroll Tax compliance topics and trends

You have payroll in addition to payroll tax operational experience within a large-scale company on an SAP Payroll platformYou excel at strategic planning and working with other teams You can develop talent plans targeted at increasing effectiveness and enhancing the teamYou have financial insight with the ability to analyze business impact
