　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:

　　Ensure full compliance and enforcement of all Safety, GMP, Regulatory, Product Quality, Company Policies, Government and Environmental requirements and laws.

　　Support the establishment and execution of Stryker Suzhou Manufacturing Strategy.

　　支持史赛克苏州制造战略的建立和执行。

　　Establish effective employee training programs in engineering team to ensure compliance with written procedures and within ISO, CFDA, FDA and regulatory requirements.

　　在工程部建立有效的员工培训, 以确保ISO, CFDA, FDA的书面程序要求得到遵守。

　　Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming product condition.

　　在发现不合格的情况下有义务立即停止进一步作业。

　　Lead the product transfer projects ensuring the products are validated and transferred in accordance to the applicable procedures. Ensure all product transfers meet expected quality and regulatory requirements.

　　Responsible for building key technical know-how, expertise, competency and infrastructure for CNC programming, process development, advanced operations, tool design and making and others.

　　负责建立CNC编程, 工艺开发, 先期制造, 工装开发制作、以及其他相关方面的关键技术知识、专业技能、核心能力和基础结构。

　　Support the implementation of the continuous improvement.

　　支持持续改进的推行。

　　Lead decision making process for new products and transfer products. Support quality and capital evaluation activities.

　　领导新产品和导入产品的决策流程。支持其质量和资金评估活动。

　　SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责:

　　Manages directly and/or through subordinate managers and supervisors, the activities of the project engineers, manufacturing engineers, technicians and out-sources vendors.

　　直接或者通过下属经理、主管管理项目工程师、制造工程师、技术员和外包服务商的工作。

　　Sets strategic goals and priorities and evaluates subordinate's performance based on those goals and priorities.

　　Coaches and develops engineering personnel.

　　Is responsible for engineering personnel compliance with company policies and quality systems.

　　REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能:

　　Must be able to routinely make decisions which affect immediate operations and may have a company -wide effect

　　Excellent analytical skills, such as FMEA, process control plan and SPC

　　RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

　　经验要求:

　　10+ years related manufacturing or technical experience.

　　十年以上制造或者技术经验。

　　5+ year's management experience.

　　五年以上管理经验。

　　Have practical experiences on quality management and handling for the practical problems in manufacture management and quality management.

　　熟悉医疗器械相关法律法规, 有能力对生产管理和质量管理中的实际问题作出正确的判断和处理

　　EDUCATION

　　教育背景:

　　B.B.A. B.E or B.S. or above.

　　工商管理学士、工学学士、理学士或更高学位
