　　- 指导开发ARROW平台, 专注于可扩展性、用户体验、数据洞察力及适应中国B2B市场的需求。

　　- 管理跨美国和亚洲的利益相关者关系, 确保项目目标和进展的清晰沟通与理解。

　　- 与跨职能团队合作, 使产品开发与平台策略和客户需求保持一致。

　　- 推动产品路线图的实施, 设定清晰的目标和里程碑, 保持敏捷和以客户为中心的方法。

　　- 整合最新技术, 保持我们平台的行业领先地位。

　　- 培养创新、卓越和持续学习的文化。

　　- 确保遵守中国市场特有的数据安全和监管标准。

　　- 高效管理项目时间表、预算和资源。

　　- 了解市场趋势和竞争对手策略。

　　资格要求:

　　- 计算机科学、工程或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。

　　- 8年以上网络开发和产品管理经验, 其中至少2年在领导岗位上。

　　- 在潜在客户生成、数据分析、营销技术、电子商务和数字互动工具方面拥有强大的技术背景。

　　- 管理跨国利益相关者的经验, 尤其是在美国和亚洲。

　　- 流利的普通话和英语。

　　- 以数据和安全合规为重点的强大分析能力。

　　- 敏捷和以客户为中心的思维模式。

　　- 电子元件行业知识是一个加分项。
