Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics will be responsible for accelerating the pace of digital innovation at CVS Health with high-impact actionable insight generation through analytics. This individual will manage a team responsible for planning and executing analytics and communicating to various stakeholders. This person will partner with the key stakeholders in the digital group to identify opportunities for the success of various digital programs by generating various business insights. This person will identify the data and infrastructure required to generate such analysis and will identify gaps in data, infrastructure and will develop strategies to bridge these gaps.
Additionally, this individual must function as a highly effective leader in a matrix environment given the role of serving stakeholders on the enterprise and business unit teams.
What you will do Lead a team of managers and analysts that support effective digital product development through Agile Release Trains (ARTs) using the SAFe methodology.Both manage and provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to analytic leads.Develop processes to improve impact and efficiency of analytics with group leadership and other Analytics Managers.Engage with Senior Leadership to design analytic strategy to answer key business challenges related to the optimization of our customer flows as well as overall product end-to-end performance across multiple business units and engagement modes (online/offline interactions)Work with Product, engineering and key stakeholders to lead and prioritize work for the team members .Set the strategy for measurement of impact at the SAFe Portfolio level through the appropriate methods (e.g., A/B Testing, MVT etc.)Perform in-depth analysis for complex business questions that cross multiple data warehousing systems.Coordinate with analytics and IT leaders outside of Digital including Enterprise Analytics, Marketing, EITS, etc. to facilitate analyses and explore areas where the team can collaborate.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in conducting highly quantitative analytics1+ years managing analytics team2+ years' experience with SQL or web analytics tools (Adobe, Google A nalytics, etc.) Preferred Qualifications 1+ years experience cloud computing (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)2+ years experience in large databases and or big data platforms (Teradata, Hadoop, etc)Deep experience analyzing click stream data and web/mobile analytics tools such as AdobeWorking knowledge of BI Reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) desiredPrevious experience with incremental measurement desired (campaigns analysis, marketing analytics, patients studies, etc.)Adept at collaboration and teamworkMastery of problem solving and decision making skillsMastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$86,700.00 - $187,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
