Job Description
Manages and oversees activities and staff of the Data Analytics division to accomplish goals and objectives. Defines and implements processes and procedures for working with stakeholders to ensure data and analytics engagements produce usable and applicable outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Provides leadership to the Data Analytics team members, supervisors, and managers by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system. Ensures that the project meets deadlines and milestones, adheres to project timelines and deliverables, and costs are managed to budget.
Defines scope, expected timeline, and engagement exit criteria as part of engagement management.
Defines and implements processes and procedures for working with stakeholders to ensure data and analytics engagements produce usable and applicable outcomes.
Examines and identifies data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision making.
Conducts design sessions and workshops for requirements; identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes.
Provides strategic oversight on key projects, and continually build your position as trusted advisor and experienced guide.
Develops and maintains strong positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication channels and client satisfaction.
Provides inputs for complex projects.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership / management experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $112,800-$197,200/year
