Sr.Lead Cyber Supplier Risk Analyst JobDescription:Are you tired of doing the same project repeatedly? If you're nodding your head in agreement keeping reading.In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing execution of Supplier Risk Assessments aligned to the strategy within our organization. You will also coordinate with partner organizations (e.g., Raytheon (RTX), Pratt & Whitney, etc.) to ensure that our processes continuously align with the overall objectives and strategy.This role is important because you will be protecting the company while being exposed to next generation technology like Artificial Intelligence, virtual reality or the next generation space suite. Primary Responsibilities:
You will maintain a best-in-class robust Supplier Risk Management Program to enable the Collins' Cyber and Technology Supplier Risk Management StrategyYou will assess the effectiveness of controls in place to identify, assess, monitor respond to, and manage Collins' Cyber and Technology Supplier risk throughout the supplier lifecycle with Collins.You will provide oversight of security controls contractual agreements with suppliers.You will monitor Critical Suppliers including but not limited to Supplier Tabletop exercises.You will develop Operational/performance metrics for the Supplier Risk Management function.You will engage with leadership at all levels to communicate our progress to executive leadership, RTX, and the business stakeholders as applicable.What YOU will Learn:You will gain exposure from customers, architects, and technical development teams all over the world that work and want to work with Collins.You will learn how to collaborate, build influence in cross-functional partnerships, and develop stakeholder relationships across the organization and Suppliers.You gain experience in Supplier Risk Management from a world class organization.Education & Experience:Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.Skills YOU Must Have:Experience facilitating cyber governance, risk, or compliance programs or equivalent.Experience in supplier risk management assessments.Experience in Supplier remediation activities.Skills We Value:Strong 360-degree communication skills.Relevant Certifications (CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.)Familiarity with US and global cyber regulations (e.g., DFARS, GDPR, NATO, 889B) and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI)Controls Assessment Experience.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
