Position Summary
You will work as a member of the Divisional Labelling team to implement a labelling system and respective database of label content.
Oversees and provides recommendations for the development of formats and label designs, develops and evaluates labels for compliance and develops supporting process and procedures. Ensures effective planning and management of timelines for all aspects of Labelling.

Responsible for coordinating a project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projectMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholdersLead the identification, assessment, monitoring, and closure of project risks throughout the project lifecycleBe aware of differing global/technical/product specific labelling standards and requirements.Monitors process of any changes in labelling regulations in the US and/or abroadCollaborates with subject-matter experts from PD, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Quality to ensure user needs are captured and regulatory requirements are identified and included in final product labelling.Represents the division in corporate meetings regarding the corporate global labelling system.Understanding of label requirements. Including knowledge of device markings, packaging level label elements for different types of devices and when to use graphical solutions (symbols).Authors and executes divisional quality system procedures on label creation, evaluation, and maintenance of labelling systems.Produces and maintains medical device labelling and performs labelling verification to ensure all product labelling is complete and compliant to identified standards and regulations.Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations, strategy for labelling requires a review of variety of factors. Will advocate for and influence best practices and continuous improvement.Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. May periodically lead and train new level employees.Must be highly engaged with team and success of team goals. Support NC/CAPAs efforts (effectivity checks). May be NC owner.SME for audit back-room support
What you will need
Minimum level degree qualification2 - 4 years of experienceTechnical aptitude for systems and tools and analytical thinkingAbility to understand labeling systems and how they interact with other business systems, including PLMs and ERPs.Proven ability to implement small to medium-scale projects.Well organized, able to support multiple projects. Project management skills. Able to meet deadlines.Ability to generate and explain detailed schedules and performance objectives.Demonstrated experience in presenting to mid-level management.
