Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the processing for all international payroll locations. Creates and maintains all payroll process documentation and controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as legal requirements. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Maintains internal controls and provides support for audits to ensure compliance with policies/procedures as well as legal requirements. Researches and resolves issues in a timely fashion.Leads international payroll-related projects with limited supervision, ensuring all new locations are set up timely and in compliance with local laws and regulations.Manages vendor relationship between third-party providers and responds to notifications from third-party provider and/or tax authority.Submits accurate and timely funding of international payroll liabilities and prepares monthly GL file for all international payroll liabilities.Coordinates and oversees the processing of international payroll. Creates and maintains all process documentation, ensuring that all processes, procedures, and validations are consistent across all international locations.Oversees year-end reconciliation and reporting for all international locations
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Associate's Degree2+ years of experience in International Payroll ProcessingIn lieu of a degree, 2+ years of experience in International Payroll Processing
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree4+ years of experience in Human ResourcesCertified Payroll Professional (CPP)

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
