Your tasks and responsibilities:
· With passion, you shape the user experience for Siemens Healthineers in the medical technology field and lead the UX design for image-guided procedural therapy solutions.
· In your role, you take on and support all phases of the user-centered design process, from vision and strategy to the completion of product development.
· You develop design solutions that focus on user needs while considering the strategy of the respective business area.
· Your expertise extends to project management of small to medium-sized UX teams and projects.
· Your work environment is characterized by creative exchange – whether remote or in the office. You utilize various spaces such as the open kitchen, the maker space, the research lab, or our creative rooms for workshops. Collective learning and the joy of maintaining our high UX standards are central.
Your qualifications and experience:
· You have a completed degree in Interaction Design or a related field. Alternatively, you are a creative professional with impressive reference projects.
· You have extensive work experience in the design agency environment and/or an in-house UX design team with a compelling portfolio; experience in the medical technology sector is advantageous.
· You have solid knowledge of FIGMA and experience with design systems.
· You have experience with UX design in agile projects.
Your profile and skills:
· You precisely align the current with the desired user experience and master the conception of user flows, information architecture, and user interfaces.
· You adapt design solutions to the strategies of business areas and have a profound understanding of the impact of current market developments, business strategies, technologies, and UX developments on the project.
· With excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as fluent English, you operate confidently in an international environment.
· Your passionate and detail-oriented work is reflected in creative concepts and high-quality standards.
· You reflect on results and actively promote the continuous improvement process in the team and collaboration with the business line
· As a dedicated team player, you foster collaboration within and outside the Siemens Healthineers UX department and support less experienced colleagues in an efficient and effective manner.
· Your ability to inspire others, along with your proactive and results-oriented approach, enables you to drive topics independently.
· You handle challenges in projects calmly and ensure timely solutions.
