　　Senior Industrial Ops. Engineer - Dallas TX

　　Job description:

　　We are looking for senior Industrial Operation Engineer who can assist in design, configure and deliver solution with Order dressing module of PSI liaison with Commercial and Planning and scheduling teams, also will lead the case formulation for each site and bring together information from the client to resolve their challenges and priorities and recommend the key system elements that would be useful to site-level business.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Analyze the technical requirements, evaluate the solutions, and apply the best system method required for the given business requirement.Identify program level risks and mitigation actions and experience of metals manufacturing processes like production / quality/ order management / materials management/ warehouse management, etc.Design, Configure and support the implementation process for PSI order dressing.Manage process feature intake and resolve and establish solution completion roadmapEfficient in articulating the process requirements and help in building the solutionWork closely with POD Manager to define the priorities of the POD Build Vs Run capacityAssist in functional testing and confirm solution meets the process requirement.Proficiency in requirement gathering and functional design for MES projects / major manufacturing IT projects for metals industry and experience in the Order Dressing function of the MESProficiency in creating business flow diagramsAS-IS Study and TO-BE Functional blueprinting using MES standardsProficiency in any MES product or MES commercial of the shelf products.

　　Required Skills

　　Understanding of ISA-95 guidelinesParticipate in performing gap-fit analysis with the MES productsCoordinating workshops for requirement gathering review and requirement validationExpertise in operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specificationsProficiency working with Order dressing with respect to creation of Production orders and elaboration of Production orderExpert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design.Working with business users and should have experience in integration testing and user acceptance testing.Strong team leasing skills and guiding team members by experienceFunctional proficiency in Manufacturing IT SolutionsCandidate should have functional understanding of MOM such as Planning/scheduling, Track and trace, Material management, OEE, Quality Management, Supply chain etc.Candidate with experience in PSI metals modules is preferred.

　　Nice To Have Skills

　　Experience with building solutions in MES/PSI areasStrong understanding of Level3, Level2 systemsExperience in Metals/Manufacturing development environmentFamiliarity with Agile working environments

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree and 7 to 10 years of work experience.
