Mission:
As a Senior Implementation ServiceNow Specialist specializing in IT Service Management, your primary mission is to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM solutions. You will collaborate closely with domain owners and stakeholders to deliver efficient processes, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Key Deliverables:
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to ITSM : incident management and major incident management, change management, request managament.
Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to enhance capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine workflows and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.
Ensure compliance with best practices, ITIL framework, and industry standards in Service management.
Key Stakeholders:
Incident, Change and Request Management Teams
ServiceNow Administrators
ITOM / ITAM domain owners and teams
Service Desk Team
Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery Teams
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration.
Proficiency in ITSM processes.
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
Extensive experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Management modules.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is preferred.
