Job Description
The Senior HR Manager will provide leadership and generalist support to the region, providing vital guidance to leaders within the business, and ensuring that each team has strong HR partnership in matters of performance management, employee relations, annual planning and review, and general operations for the Corrections Line of Business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership:
Act as HR business partner for functional and operational team leadsPartner with senior leadership to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results/impact.Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc. Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention.Support enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives through partnership with business leaders to develop inclusive and cohesive teams.Drive adherences to compliance or policies and procedures Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or Employee Relations Specialist and a minimum of 3 years of management experiencePrior experience in an HR shared services model strongly preferredHR certification is preferredBachelor?s degree in HR related field or equivalent experience is requiredCollaborative decision-making skills and ability to work cooperatively with others both within the HR COE and with other COEs throughout the organization.Experience and knowledge in one-on-one coaching and group conflict resolution, effective negotiation, and conducting internal investigationsProven leadership and experience managing effective relationships and communicating with management at all levels
