The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000- $166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role: Empower global business functions by delivering end-to-end HR solutions that enable sustainable structures, target culture and organizational health. Activities span headcount planning, hiring and immersion strategies, organization design, performance management, employee relations, compensation planning, career development, and other special projects.Provide insightful coaching, strategic consultation, and active development to senior business leadersPartner with senior leaders to operationalize a target culture and sustainable people strategies (organizational design, change management, talent development, etc.)Facilitate engagement and career development sessionsLead performance management and succession planning activities across assigned client groupsActively monitor and consult on KPIs, providing data-centric thought partnership to leadersTranslate and administer HR policies, processes, and programs to ensure our business functions thrive across diverse geographiesManage employee relations matters and processes within assigned client groups, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Proactively safeguard the organization by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring we stay legally compliant and resilientWhat We are Looking For:Bachelor's degree with a preferred focus in business, human resources, sociology, or psychologyMultiple years of progressive, full-spectrum HR experience, with demonstrated HR partnership at the senior levelDemonstrated experience building business acumen to help design and drive HR solutionsAbility to apply comprehensive knowledge of operational and strategic HR to the successful completion of complex assignmentsDemonstrated ability and experience working effectively in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented way to support a fast-paced environmentComprehensive knowledge of applicable local/country employment lawsAdvanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Enterprise HCMs (Workday strongly preferred) and PowerBI or related tools.
