DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to nurture our people's experience and culture in Lithuania. As a key member of our HR team, your role will be essential in overseeing initiatives from People Operations to People Partnership.
Working closely with the local management, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the company's strategy and development, enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance and lead other HR-related projects based on current business needs and your personal interests.
Although the hybrid work format, we expect your presence at the Vilnius office once a week for an in-person meeting with the team.

What You'll Do Partner with company Leaders to guide and consult on various people management, employee relations and employment law questions Identify and address people management issues, working closely with Leaders and People Partners for resolutions Drive employee engagement survey and analysis to ensure the best employee experience Analyze People Analytics reports to identify trends, risks and improvements Act as a point of contact for Employees and Leaders regarding internal policies, processes and tools Review and update the organization's internal rules & procedures and other internal information sources, communicating changes as necessary Contribute to the implementation of HR-related projects and programs based on business needs and personal interests Proactively suggest and take on new initiatives to contribute effectively to achieving business results What You Have
