Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in the advertising sales and gaming or mobile apps industry.
Experience with the app developer ecosystem.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently. Preferred qualifications: Mobile industry presence and experience from the sales perspective. Google App Solution knowledge and competitive know-how. Ability to provide both strategic and analytical approach in business and pitch comprehensive advertising solutions. Ability to learn quickly and with minimal guidance, be proactive, and work effectively in a team. Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers and ensure they achieve their advertising goals. Manage the pipeline effectively and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success. Work and collaborate with a diverse set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams, Google Play and other stakeholders in order to realize advertiser goals. Lead and manage generation work in close collaboration with sales representatives and Marketing teams in order to identify potential opportunities and to develop compelling customer specific pitches, strategies and recommendations that optimize market potential. Contribute to the development of Google's comprehensive suite of products.
