This role presents the opportunity to be a strategic partner to our global logistics and finance teams by providing the critical analyses needed to support our global supply chain's goals and objectives!

　　Actively drive annual and long range budgeting processes as well as regular forecast updatesPerform high-level as well as detailed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting to understand Logistics' performance and opportunitiesIndependently perform month end close dutiesBuild and maintain complex financial models to support corporate decision makingPartner with operational specialists as well as Divisional finance. Coordinate and execute analyses with cross-functional teams; build solutions, provide answers and think creativelyPresent analysis results across all levels of management, including key members of Finance, Logistics and C-level executives

　　Annual and Long Range BudgetsMonthly Rest of Year Forecast UpdatesRisk and Opportunity AnalysesSupport of Month End CloseQuarterly Earnings Support - Freight analysis and attribution that provides clear and concise insight to TJX freight drivers as part of Quarterly Earnings and Investor/Analyst preparation; This provides direct access to TJX Controller and CFO as we share how freight is impacting total TJX P&LSupport Senior Management - Presentation preparation and critical metric reporting for Board of Director's and Operational Summit meetings

　　Ideal Candidate:

　　3+ years of professional experience, backgrounds in Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or other relevant experienceExperience with key financial concepts, including financial statements, attribution analysis, cash flow and return on investmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-starter with strong attention to detail, proven analytical skills and quantitative abilitiesAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with databases, such as SQL and Access is a plusBachelor's degree with majors in Finance, Economics or Logistics/Supply Chain preferred but not required
