Roles and Responsibilities
FP&A:Lead existing FP&A responsibilities for Services and CES consolidated productivityExpand current FP&A capabilities to include additional insight into performanceImprove, automate, and de-risk reportingLong-term accounting analytics:
Perform analytics and create process to connect results from operational productivity (year-over-year) to productivity measured through long-term accounting methodology (CSA)Cost pool partnership:Partner with cost pool owners (lease pool, warranty & concession, RSP, etc) to report performance, analyze results, create and drive action plans, and validate projectsPerform role with mindset for process and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum 6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and/or Operations
