What you'll do...
Join the Health & Wellness Compliance team to support the growth and development of our omnichannel healthcare compliance program! Senior Director, Specialty Compliance and Ethics H&W, Health Delivery is a critical thought-leadership role that will be responsible for design, implementation and execution of all foundational elements of our compliance program supporting the Walmart Health, Value Based Care, Walmart Health Virtual Care, Walmart Insurance Services and Social Determinants of Health lines of business. In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior Vice President, Omnichannel Care, partners in the Omnichannel business team as well as other members of the compliance team. You will lead core omnichannel compliance functions, including compliance credentialing, billing compliance, clinic support, virtual health and value-based care support, communications, policies & procedures, and others.
What you'll bring:
You're a subject matter expert in healthcare compliance, with specific experience working with multi-specialty clinics, telehealth providers, etc.You have demonstrated your ability to influence across a complex organization and team structure to implement policies and/or controls while also holding them accountable to actioning on those.You have significant experience with implementation and execution of compliance functions in large, complex and matrixed organizations.You're process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.You have experience working in cross-functional teams within a corporate environment.You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.
What you'll do:
Further developing a compliance program foundation -Implement and execute foundational compliance program processes and controls for supported lines of business, collaborating with other stakeholders and functional areas and integrating into existing structures and processes where appropriate. Establishing a roadmap for future enhancement - Identify short- and long-term compliance program initiatives, demonstrating the ability to prioritize immediate needs and plan for ongoing enhancement and evolution of the program over time. Building effective relationships - Establish relationships with key stakeholders and effectively integrate with the compliance teams and Walmart Health businesses so as to ensure programs are tailored to the needs of the team and the business. Supporting enterprise and team success - Facilitate timely identification of compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to enable successful implementation of team and business initiatives. Operating with excellence - Identify KPIs and KRIs that measure and monitor team performance and potential risk areas. Set an example in managing to KPIs/KRIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 4 years' supervisory experience. 5 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
