Support the strategic omnichannel marketing program by tactically executingand strategically guiding organic programming across websites, digitalproperties and channels.
Manage internal and external website projects, page creation andmaintenance, site optimization, KPI tracking, and analytics.Create, manage/edit, and update websites/intranet content (pages,forms and other resources) within site CMS.Build digital experiences that align to customer intent experienceexpectations.Strategize, execute, and optimize the omnichannel media mix for campaignsand digital initiatives by gaining a full understanding of the customer'sjourney and business goals.Provide data-driven campaign optimizations and media mix recommendations basedon website/advertising analytics to guide decisions around content,features, and overall functionality.Collaborate with marketing and communications colleagues to develop, deployand measure demand generation campaigns through organic digital channels.Partner with digital vendors to deploy strategic Search Engine Optimization,Conversion Rate Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, retargeting, andSocial Media programs.
Partner with marketing teams to create and distribute engaging content forcustomers, prospects, employees and other stakeholders across a variety ofdigital channels.
Partner with the Global Marketing team to develop digital assets for externaluse that are created with the end user's experience and business goals inmind.Coordinate the organic social media strategy across the company by workingwith Marketing teams, Human Resources, and Corporate Communications tocreate and schedule posts in support of their business goals.Develop or source graphics from demand generation teams to support visualelements for web/digital campaigns.Ensure UTM tracking and form creation by working with the Marketing Operationsteam.Partner with internal stakeholders on ongoing SEO and leverage best practicesto optimize marketing content across channels including PR, social media,website, blog, email, etc.Maintain the social media calendar of activities to provide visibility of allprogram deployments and upcoming priorities.
Support the ongoing development and use of reports/ dashboards to drivemeaningful insights. Interpret insights and share with internal partners withrecommendations for optimizations.
Gather, interpret and deliver communications performance data using toolssuch as WordPress, SharePoint, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,Google Ads, Demandbase, Salesforce, PowerBI, Pardot, Sprinklr,Ceros, WebFX, etMonitor metrics and make data-driven recommendations for program improvementson websites and digital properties.
Share best practice , insights, and research to help deliver on our visionof providing the audience with the right message at the right time.
Experience
Experience with digital marketing trends, website usability, organicstrategy, and leverage to make recommendations and drive improvements inwebsite design.Experience using WordPress and creation of website pages. Must have a workingknowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.Working knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices.Experience with digital lead generation lifecycle including inbound andoutbound marketing techniques and analytics.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce,PowerBI, Demandbase, Sprinklr, Ceros and other digital marketing andanalytics platforms.A minimum of 5-8 years of experience Marketing, Communications, WebAdministration, Digital Marketing or related field.
Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for thisposition. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limitedto geographical location and experience.$71,433.11-$114,293.82
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
