HRIC Senior Oracle Developer
We are looking for a seasoned, smart, passionate IT professional to join the HR and Incentive Compensation (HRIC) team.
You will work in a very dynamic and challenging environment with a cross-functional team that provides diverse solutions to our business stakeholders and impacts everyone that works at WWT. The IT HR and Incentive Compensation (HRIC) team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our enterprise applications.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions
As a member of our HR and Incentive Compensation (HRIC) team, you will:
Participate in and consult on the design of technical solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs. Work closely with PO, analysts, developers, and architects to ensure development meets requirements and delivers optimal performance. Work in an agile/scaled team to identify requirements, plan, prioritize, design, develop, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions. Embrace the opportunity to expand your skillset both functionally and technically. Take complete ownership of your work with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. Participation in testing with analysts and business users. Create technical design and support documentation. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and look for opportunities to improve as a team. Review and ensure that the development standards are maintained across technical deliverables. Remain current with evolving industry trends and technologies. Debug issues in the production environment and be part of production support. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours issues as needed.

Required technical/functional qualifications you'll need:
Strong SQL, PLSQL skills are a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience with and ability to analyze complex business processes and perform data modeling, design, and implement technical solutions. Extensive experience performing unit/integration testing and collaborating with others in regression/system/user-acceptance testing. Ability to direct, delegate, and mentor other developers in the design, coding, debugging, etc., and best practices. Agile or Scaled development methodologies.
Desired Qualifications:
Highly desired technical hands-on experience with Oracle modules like HRMS/Oracle Fusion HCM/Finance modules like AP/AR/GL/PO/OM etc. Technical hands-on experience with Oracle application development tools/technologies like Oracle lookups, oracle forms, oracle reports, oracle alerts/personalization, workflows, UNIX Shell scripting, SQL Loader etc., is desired. Experience working with HR and Incentive Comp applications. Knowledge of XML, FTP is a plus. Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, and Java a plus. Knowledge of Oracle EBS APIs is a plus.
Work Experience
6+ years' experience as a developer with an Agile software development team 5+ years of development experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle R12 applications 5+ years' experience working with business stakeholders.
