Department Overview
This position supports the Data Insights and Analytics (BIA) team within the Wells Fargo Home Lending (WFHL) group under Consumer Lending (CL) LoB. The DIA team provides reporting and analytic support to drive business insights and enable management oversight for operational, regulatory and internal functions for the WFHL group. The group supports sales, fulfillment, underwriting, operations, quality, compliance, servicing and support functions for the Wells Fargo Home Lending Business.
About the RoleAnalyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights for optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.Merge marketing analytics with data science techniques to uncover hidden patterns, trends, Attribution, ROI, Text mining, Optimization, Segmentation, Statistical Analysis and other relevant predictive models that drive marketing strategies.Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.Utilize expertise in consumer behavior to tailor campaigns that resonate with target audiences, ensuring a deep understanding of customer motivations and preferences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for personalized customer experiences and drive marketing effectiveness.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Lead the development of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and measure marketing performance.Be updated of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in banking marketing analytics.Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven findings and analysis.Required Qualifications:6+ years of relevant experience in Analytics preferably within the banking sector.Proficient in statistical analysis, data visualization tools such as Tableau, and programming languages such as Python and/ R and SQL.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience working with large datasets and databases, extracting meaningful insights to inform business strategies.Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.Proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Desired Qualifications:Familiarity with financial products, customer behavior, and market dynamics within the banking industry.Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on digital campaigns, consumer behavior and market research.Strong understanding and experience working on SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and other digital marketing channels such as Organic, Ads, Social, Email etc.Bachelor's degree in Technology.Demonstrated creativity in crafting compelling and engaging digital contentShould have experience working with Paid Marketing, Pay per click (PPC), placements, campaigns etc.Posting End Date:
