Consulting's Artificial Intelligence & Automation (AIA) Practice is seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation leader at a Senior Consultant Level.

You will advise our clients not only on innovative and digital ways of working but you will bring that same approach to the way in which we engage our clients.
Responsibilities:A Senior Consultant leads project workstreams that includes identifying and documenting business requirements, driving implementations, and strategy / assessments.Engage with clients to drive transformation programs enabled by intelligent automation capabilities including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), virtual agents, process mining, and machine learning.Help our clients to understand where and how Intelligent Automation can be applied, and what problems it can solve. Analyze requirements, processes, and impediments to automation.Work with clients to develop and optimize associated intelligent automation services including Centers of Excellence (CoEs), process assessments for automation, business cases, vendor identification and selection.Lead intelligent automation project workstreams focused on assessing automation opportunities, building automation centers of excellence, and implementing automations.Develop intelligent automation application & solution architectures, non-functional (e.g., infrastructure, security, support) requirements, and enablement.Define the purpose, capabilities, and value in deploying Intelligent Automation. Work with client process leaders, technology leaders, and digital teams.Lead the definition of the to-be state including the creation and maintenance of Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design documents (SDDs) throughout each project lifecycle. Work with client business teams to write test plans, cases, and scripts to support user acceptance testing.Create technology automation solution designs at the platform and architectural levels as well as information roadmaps and case definitions.Help the Information Technology organizations set up automation environments (e.g., installation, monitor, incident management) and define the infrastructure requirements to implement automation solutions.Support proposal development and pursuits for multimillion dollar programs. Manage pipelines from opportunity identification to contract.Help identify the use cases, provide level of effort estimates and assumptions for the implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions.Lead project teams. Mentor, coach, and develop consultants.Contribute to practice development: Identify intelligent automation trends, define relevant consulting offerings and solutions. Author Point of View documents, case studies and thought-leadership whitepapers.Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree and at least six years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a customer-facing role in a large consulting firm or in the industry.At least four years of experience leading teams of consultants in the delivery of Intelligent Automation services and the technology life cycle, including operating model / strategy, opportunity assessment, discovery and requirements definition, solution architecture, and design, development, testing, and production release planning.At least four years of experience in implementing intelligent automation projects including robotics, low code, IDP, chatbots or virtual assistants, natural language processing, machine learning.At least four years of experience with Intelligent Automation platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.At least four years of experience in automation implementation using agile methodologies or RPA methodologies.At least two years of experience working on Process and Task Mining capabilities (specifically UiPath, Celonis, or Signavio Process Mining)Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and collaboration skills.Strong ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, analyze processes, map processes, and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders.Experience in leading or supervising a team of professionals.Must be willing and able to travel up to 80%, (weekly travel) depending on client requirements.Canadian Citizens are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor work related visas currently.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in at least one industry sector: Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Energy.Experience in at least one functional area: Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Business Operations, or Supply Chain.Experience in Strategy-to-Implementation programs related to Intelligent Automation, including cloud-based programs.Experience in process improvement and re-engineering using process mining technologies like Celonis.Experience with Agile methodologies.About Us
