Senior Communication Consultant (Client Strategy)
Alight's Engagement Services practice is seeking a Senior Communication Consultant to join our team. Our consultants are passionate about developing creative strategies to solve problems, shift perceptions, and drive employee behaviors for our clients.
As a Senior Communications Consultant, you will apply your effective communication, change management, and consulting skills to serve our clients and their people. You will manage relationships and lead communication projects for select clients. You are a skilled writer, editor and communication strategist who confidently guides your internal team of content developers, designers, project managers, and technical experts. You also will contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth.
This is a virtual / work-from-home / remote opportunity available anywhere in the U.S.
The Senior Communication Consultant's responsibilities include:
Planning the development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns that inspire consumers to take action for their wellbeingManaging large, complex client projects and relationships in the areas of: human resource programs and total rewards, financial, physical and mental wellbeing and employee engagement workstreamsStaying current with communication trends and demonstrating fluency with delivery channels.Consulting with select clients at the senior HR levelCreating and nurturing strong client relationships, becoming their trusted partner and influential advisor on communication and Engagement Services issuesAnticipating client needs through the study of industry trends and the business environment and addressing them with the savvy application of human insight, creative strategy and friendly technologyHelping to build cohesive, high-impact teams, leveraging colleague skills and talentsMentoring and coaching junior consultantsExtending and expanding work with existing or new clientsIdentifying and pursuing business development opportunitiesCreating proposals and advancing sales initiatives
Required skills, experience and technical knowledge:

Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in related discipline.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $102,400.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $162,600.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
