　　What You'll Do As an Engineering Manager at EPAM, you will: Champion Cloud-Based Solutions: Lead the development and implementation of groundbreaking software solutions, focusing on cloud technologies Excel in Agile Project Management: Manage software development projects from conception to deployment, employing agile methodologies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness Nurture Client Relationships: Be the key technical liaison for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism Lead and Inspire: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning Strategic Organizational Contribution: Work collaboratively across departments to align technical goals with EPAM's broader strategic objectives What You Bring to the Table:
