Job purpose:
Responsible for maximising brand performance by contributing to the development and implementation of the Travel Portfolio commercial strategy and tactical plans, including robust supply and project management.
Execution of a range of omnichannel / digital activities to drive growth, applying commercial acumen and thorough account analysis to identify opportunities - whilst maintaining a high level of digital monitoring and compliance.
This should be done whilst maintaining close collaboration and management of third-party vendors, internal cross-functional teams, and engagement with key external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the input and delivery of the private market omnichannel strategic and operational business plan, and activities that are built on key customer and competitive insights for all brands.Lead the commercial strategy for the portfolio, including identification of key drivers and prioritisation of activities.Build robust account analysis and plans, allowing effective execution of commercial and marketing tactics (including digital) to drive the business.Apply commercial acumen and knowledge to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the future success of the portfolio.Develop and negotiate commercial offerings with external private vaccination providers alongside our customer facing colleagues.Lead UK supply forecasting, financial planning, and budget management for the Travel Portfolio, including monitoring sales and expenditure.Supply monitoring working closely with GSK supply teams, external wholesalers, and external key stakeholders (EG. DHSC) to ensure supply continuity.Manage the sales forecasting process for the Travel Vaccines portfolio and maintain a close link with the Global Teams, ensuring the UK is a priority.Execute and support promotional activities with customers, including face-to-face interactions and targeted intervention with key accounts.Lead,train and support aligned customer facing teamsLead material review / approval processes in collaboration with vaccines medical signatories, taking accountability for internal compliance policiesPromote, maintain, and improve the customer experience to grow our Vaccines Business, utilising digital (including Web Platforms) as a key tool.Maintain and optimise GSK ordering platformBuild competitive insights and adjust plans accordingly to ensure success.Lead the understanding of patient's insights.Why you?
