  KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Internal Change & Executive Communication to join our Corporate Affairs organization.

  Responsibilities:Develop and execute internal and change communications, and social media content, that support the firm's cross-functional business objectivesCreate and manage strategic plans and content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, intranet, and social mediaCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messagingManage executive visibility on social media platformsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partnersMonitor and analyze social media and internal metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications strategiesQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in corporate communications, change management, and/or social media managementBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in communications, marketing, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with executives and managing their social media presenceAble to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. Available benefits are based on eligibility. Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.   California Salary Range: $66700 - $132400
