The Senior Associate, HR Technology is responsible for assisting with identifying, implementing, and maintaining global HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR-related technology system(s), identifying the appropriate configuration and modules implementation to support the organization’s growth. The role applies research, information gathering, analytical, and interpretation skills to address a variety of moderate scope and complexity problems related to HR technology.
Process portal content update requests received from content / process owners. Publish the contents in the Life@Ford portal through CRM
Partner with process owners to enhance user experience in the portal by making appropriate content hosting recommendations based on expertise of portal management and customer feedback
Review the customer feedback for the Life@Ford portal, execute solutions by liaisoning with process owners or product team (IT) appropriately.
Consistently connect with customers who have given feedback to understand more and covert them into possible improvement actions
Partner with product team (IT) in implementing technology fixes and enhancements for knowledge management
Build and execute a process of push and pull mechanisms for content feedback and enhancement for the HR portal and HR Contact Center
Maintain the feedback surveys for portal and service channels in the designated tool(s)
Track, manage and report out opportunities for improvement of Shared Services and Operations, as well as service expansion/process intake
Maintain the Shared Services Blueprint document by conducting reviews and validation with all topic owners / SPOCs within People First
Interprets generally defined practices and methods to support the configuration and maintenance of ongoing performance, compensation, and other annual processes within HR technology systems. Assists with the maintenance of processes, systems, procedures, logs, and materials to support all HR technology systems and associated program administration.
Prepares and maintains comprehensive documentation of system procedures, user guidelines, and training materials for the day-to-day processes of HR Technology, including regular HR system implementation and troubleshooting, data management, and internal training support on HR tech systems, following established policies, practices, and timelines.
Assists specialists and senior specialists with identifying, recommending, developing, implementing, and supporting effective technology solutions aligned with the HR Tech strategy.
Coordinates and assists specialists and senior specialists with day-to-day administration and maintenance of HRIS applications with other team members. Represents the organization on specific projects aimed at improving and standardizing HR technology systems, processes, and tools.
Applies research, analytical, and critical thinking skills to address issues of moderate scope and complexity with respect to maintenance support for HRMS systems, utilizing data gathering and interpretation techniques to recommend solutions.
Supports specialists and senior specialists in designing and implementing training programs for managers across departments on processes for HR tech systems, such as HRIS management, Applicant tracking software (ATS) usage, performance management tool implementation, etc., aligned with the overarching objectives of HR Technology.
Tracks market HRIS products and trends and assists with upgrades and evaluation of other HRIS systems if required to support the business needs.
Assists specialists in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS patches. Assists with maintaining data integrity and accurate system records for all human resources/payroll information management system transactions, recognizes and acts on inconsistencies in data and escalates wherever necessary, and with the generation of associated reports as per company policies and regulations.
Collaborates with other departments to identify initiatives that will improve process efficiency, reporting capabilities, data integrity, and effectiveness of current state HR Information Systems applications. Assists managers with the administration of subsequent application fixes or upgrades.
Participates in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, user acceptance and integration testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business process configuration.
Job Qualifications: :
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resource Information Systems, ERP Systems, Project Management, HCM Systems, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
German knowledge (advantage)
Experience :
Minimum 1 year of work experience with a Master’s degree or 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or a related field.Skills:
