Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Application Business Owner to join our Payments Transformation team. This role will provide support as an Application Business Owner (ABO) role for the Payment Transformation Applications and compliance with Enterprise policies related to both data and application management. The ABO is a required role for all applications registered in the company's Application Management systems. The Application Business Owner has a variety of roles and responsibilities which are not static. The ABO roles and responsibilities must adapt to changes in policy and application requirements, but at the heart of the role is a responsibility to drive compliance activities for their applications, included compliance with data management; application lifecycle management; records management; access management; information security; risk & regulatory reporting; business continuity; and RCSA policies and Internal Control policies.

In this role, you will:Manage requests and perform highly complex support that evidence compliance with multiple Enterprise policies and proceduresBuild relationships with business partners at all levels both within and outside of the Payments Transformation teamCollaborate with functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support for strategic initiatives related to data management and risk mitigationResponsible for proactively identifying potential risks when implementing change, along with developing mitigation strategies and plansLead cross-organizational initiatives to review, define, enhance, and document our processes, procedures, and controlsManage stakeholder relations with key partner groups and various teams across the organizationEstablish and execute program change management processes to support controls, implementation, and adoptionDevelop strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of business execution, application inventory, and business units utilizing application inventory to deliver longer term and larger-scale solutionsLead team and stakeholder meetings to facilitate decision making and drive adoptions and adherence to program requirementsStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an expert advisor to the leadershipWork locations: Charlotte, North Carolina and West Des Moines, Iowa.
