　　Implementing business processes and improvement strategies by staying up to date on supply chain and replenishment processes and procedures.Partnering with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.Ensure all stakeholders execute solutions based on an agreed upon timeline.Providing recommendations to reduce process waste and provide opportunities for cost reductions and process efficiencies.Reviewing and analyzing the impact and benefits to internal processes.

　　Performing data analytics to identify opportunities that are impactful to the operation, highlighting insights to drive action and drive positive impact to the bottom line.Working closely within the department to understand inefficiencies within current systems/ processes, working cross functionally to help align on strategies to drive improvement for our associates.Creating SOP's and trainings for the team as needed.

　　You have knowledge in the transportation field.You have experience with PowerBI, SQL, and Python.You have strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.You have a teamwork mentality.
