As the Sr. Analyst, Sales Strategy and Ops, you'll help shape the future of our sales organization and be a key contributor to the success of the team. You'll help design compensation and awards programs, fine-tune sales territories to drive efficiency, all while motivating the team to reach even greater heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of sales programs, gather feedback from sales leaders, and identify opportunities to drive added sales field focus and motivation.Proactively communicate opportunities for increased operational efficiency by analyzing territory performance, including: KPIs, span of control, and account to territory alignments.Support sales compensation modelling & quota allocation strategy. Administer monthly sales incentive compensation & sales awards process in alignment with approved plans, ensuring both accuracy and completeness.Partner with IT and the sales team to train, gather feedback, and lead initiatives to add new features to enhance the functionality of our suite of sales compensation solutions.Collaborate with cross functional partners (Sales Leadership, Marketing, Inventory, Strategy, etc) to understand their needs, and to develop tailored solutions that address key business challenges and opportunities.Distill large datasets into concise stories through various medium (ad-hoc reports, data models, dashboards) to drive sales insight and enable action.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field of study, 5 years of previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into meaningful narratives that guide decision-making.Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and modeling.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey insights effectively through ad-hoc reports, presentations, and data models.Project management skills to ensure projects are fully scoped and delivered in a timely manner.Experience with compensation modeling tools (Anaplan, Xactly, QuotaPath etc.).Experience with sales territory mapping software, such as Javelin, Geopointe, or similar.Experience managing cross functional partnerships, communicating needs, and maintaining close coordination (IT, Sales Leaders).

For California, the base pay range for this position is $86,000 to $121,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
