Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Demand PlanningIn this role you will be encouraged to share your diverse thoughts and ideas to drive continuous supply chain improvement and will be empowered to bring those ideas to life.Location: Orrville, Corporate OfficesWork Arrangements: Hybrid, 25% in office expectations (approximately 1 day per week)In this role you will:Develop and maintain operational forecast by item, customer, and JMS distribution center in the Logility Demand Planning system.Conduct monthly Demand Planning Review meetings to inform and gain consensus on operational forecast with Marketing, Finance, and Brand CommercializationParticipate in monthly meetings with Sales to collect, determine impact of, and incorporate market intelligence (i.e. competitive activity, retail trends and trade/consumer promotional activity) into the forecastCollaborate with Marketing, Brand Commercialization, Customer Commercialization, Sales, and Portfolio Commercialization to generate operational forecast for Innovation launches at the item, customer, and JMS distribution center level.
