Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:
In charge of the accounting treatment for shop in shop stores including: check the sales are reconciled with department stores, issue VAT invoice, AR collection etcBe in charge of the accounting treatment and daily support for free-standing store including: POS application, check the expense is correct base on the contract terms, bank reconciliation etcProcess the payment requirement timelyMonitor regular report of AR status and action plan for the issuesMonthly closing for expense accrual, PRC and US GAAP adjustment and next month expense estimateIssue tax filing report of branch officePerform analysis of actual store P&L reportAssist to internal and external audit, monitor the stores internal control per Sox's requirementSupport Manager on any ad hoc job and projectQualifications & Experience
Experience :
Developing level of knowledge & skills - typically 2-5 Years of related experience
Education :
Bachelor Degree Required
Knowledge/Skills Required :
Good English in oral and written, familiar with finance system and office software.Good communication skill with internal and external partners.Logical thinking, strong interpersonal skill, proactive, carefully, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
