Job Descriptions
Solution sales of Adobe's Experience Cloud into various industry-leading enterprise companies (i.e. High Tech Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Products and Financial Services)Identify and develop new business opportunities, business models and channels to extend Adobe's market reach and drive new revenueExecutive engagement: Represent Adobe with the utmost amount of professionalism and effectively establish and maintain relationships at an executive level with customers and partnersInstill best practices for business development, account management as well as opportunity management, including leading strategic account planningAccomplish individually assigned Sales Quotas both quarterly and annually with full accountabilityInternal/external stakeholder management: Effectively co-work with business support teams, global peers and professional services teams and alliance partners
Skill Requirements
A passion for sales, strong client management skills aligned with a strong and successful track record of enterprise solution sales with large size accounts > $250K.Holistic knowledge to maximize business opportunity in DX business by fully taking advantage of our solution portfolio such as contents solutions, data solutions and MA solutions (e.g. CMS, DAM, EC, CDP, Analytics, Personalization, MA) 5+ years of experience in solution sales, consulting or business development in high-tech industry. Experience in software sales or digital marketing would be preferred.Established relationship with executives in clients and partnersProven sales discipline with regards to account management, account planning, pipeline development, opportunity management and reportingExperience working within a Global Account sales environment would be preferred.Fluency in Japanese and business level English reading/writing
