Job Description
Responsible for Performing risk and control self-assessments. Responsible for Policy/Controls and Process Documentation. Work with identified Segment Operational Risk Manager in the administration of the corporate risk management program. Work with identified business segment(s) to identify key risks and controls and develop and conduct testing of those controls. Perform the risk and control self-assessments. Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive operational and regulatory risk management program and related initiatives. Identify, assess, communicate, and implement regulatory issuances. Ensure the timely completion of all testing requirements in accordance with guidelines. Assist the business segment in the timely remediation of issues. Provide support to the following teams:
o Change Management
o Incident and Problem Management
o Service Desk
o End User Computing
Skills and Requirements
o Minimum 5 years of experience
o Coming from a risk/audit background
o Risk Support
o Familiarity with providing risk support to the following:
o Change Management
o Incident & Problem Management
o Service Desk
o Managed File Transmissions
o End User Computing o Risk Certifications
o Banking background null
