　　Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community

　　What would I be doing?

　　- Content operation & strategy optimization on the search suggestion feature for the E-commerce project.

　　- Focusing on the quality and safety of E-commerce content, profoundly understanding and following up on business progress, and helping product function optimization iterations.

　　- Working closely with the supervising departments to optimize relevant working standards of our projects.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (local language).

　　- 1 year of experience as a Content Specialist or Content Reviewer.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　- Have completed a Bachelor's degree or above.

　　- At least 1 year of experience as a Content Labeler or Specialist, with a focus on search engines in shopping apps or other online apps/internet companies.

　　- In-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users.

　　- Good experience/skills in cross-team communication and a sense of project ownership

　　- Excellent skills in identifying problems, problem-solving skills, and learning abilities.
