Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing and coordination of analytical R&D and GMP studies with third party providers
Responsible for setting up contracts and generation of purchase orders
Responsible for managing multiple analytical projects at CMO/CRO organizations
Coordinates sourcing of analytical studies at CRO providers
Manages analytical projects and multiple CROs and tracks the overall spend and ensures timely invoicing for provided services
Coordinates generation of service contracts, statements of work, quotes as needed
Coordinates generation of purchase orders to cover analytical studies
Qualifications
Project management certification +10 years experience
Familiarity with export controlled technology requirements
Hands-on experience with SRM and SAP systems
Demonstrated communication skills in English
Experience in a cross-functional, global environment, used to work with teams in a matrix
