POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager of the School-Based Health Center (Program Manager - SBHC) is responsible for supporting the mission and goal achievement, organizational quality, and patient-centered care of One Health patients by providing management and leadership to a designated health center site(s). The Program Manager- SBHC will plan, organize, evaluate, and oversee SBHC staff and site activities at given sites. They will provide coaching and training to support staff. In partnership with the Medical Director and/or Behavioral Health Director, the Program Manager - SBHC will ensure the smooth operation of clinic-based services and achievement of productivity goals. .
COMPENSATION: $60,550-$65,795/yr, DOE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday
Consistent travel to One Health SBHC sites within Montana or Wyoming as well as regional meetings

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certificates/Licenses:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in health or education related field.
BLS certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Valid driver’s license
Preferred
Masters preferred in healthcare administration.
Experience:
Required
Three (3) years of supervisory experience
Program management/development
Preferred
Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Work with both medical and behavioral health providers
